Role Designation: Specialist Programmer

           
Technical & Professional Requirements: 

Experience Required: 2-14 yrs.

Desirable Competencies:  

1. Consistent Score in coding sites like HackerRank, CodeChef, and so on.
2. Industry acclaimed External Certifications if applicable.
3. Active participation in Technology Forums.
4. Contribution to Open Source Community, Scripting & NO SQL DB.

Mandatory Competencies: Spark, Scala, Hive, Kafka.

Responsibilities: 

1. Power Programmer is an important initiative within Global Delivery to develop a team of Full Stack Developers who will be working on complex engineering projects, platforms and marketplaces for our clients using emerging technologies.
2. They will be ahead of the technology curve and will be constantly enabled and trained to be Polyglots.
3. They are Go-Getters with a drive to solve end customer challenges and will spend most of their time in designing and coding.
4. Providing solutions with minimum system requirements and in Agile Mode.
5. Collaborate with Power Programmers.
6. Open Source community and Tech User group.
7. Custom Development of new Platforms & Solutions, Opportunities
8. Work on Large Scale Digital Platforms and marketplaces.
9. Work on Complex Engineering Projects using cloud native architecture.
10. Work with innovative Fortune 500 companies in cutting edge technologies.,
11. Co create and develop New Products and Platforms for our clients.,
12. Contribute to Open Source and continuously upskill in latest technology areas.,
13. Incubating tech user group
