Apple has releasing TV+ service
in over 100 countries and regions simultaneously.
From the pricing it is evident that,
Apple is keen to take on the likes of other premium subscription streaming apps
like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
The good news is this service
isn't just limited to Apple device only but is also available for some Android Smart
TVs as well. Note Apple TV+ isn’t available on Android phone users as of now
How much do you need to pay for Apple TV+?
Customers who will purchase any
iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch or Mac will get one year of Apple TV+ for
free. What’s interesting is that through Family Sharing, family members (up to
6) can share one Apple TV+ subscription. Post the free 1 year users will need
to subscribe to use Apple TV+.
The Apple TV+ service will be
available on the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch, Mac and
other platforms.
It will also be available on
tv.apple.com
Monthly subscription charge is Rs
99 per month
What are the supported devices for Apple TV+?
Apart from all Apple devices
users can watch Apple TV+ on select Samsung Smart TVs as well. The service will
come soon to Amazon Fire TV, LG, Roku, Sony and VIZIO platforms in the future. The
