Job Description

Amazon is hiring for International Voice process (work from office).  For freshers & experienced candidates both. - Minimum qualification required is Intermediate pass and graduates can also apply.

Compensation Range:  INR 2.81 LPA-3.37 LPA per annum 

Communication Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
2. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
3. Excellent documentation skills
4. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
5. Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
6. Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
7. Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Computer Knowledge/Skills:     

1. Ability to use a desktop computer system
2. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer
3. Excellent typing skills
4. Demonstrates understanding of the Internet, Amazon.com website, and competitor websites
5. Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
6. Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
7. Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media 
8. Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment

Interested Candidate should be comfortable with:           

24*7 shifts with rotational weeks offs

Comfortable to work in night shifts

Excellent communication skills
