Job Description:
General Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support service to all IPMs in all situations.
- Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times.
- Participate in team initiatives and actively contribute to team success.
- Test, analyze and report digital marketing initiatives.
- Specific Responsibilities may include:
- Develop deep expertise in different analytical and reporting tools. Should be able to train others on analytical tools.
- Assist with web site testing and solving issues related to testing.
- Should be able to manage small digital marketing initiatives, Vendor management.
- Generate monthly scorecards for different marketing initiatives.
- Should have strong communication skills to support IPMs at global level.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations
- Ability to honor commitments and deadlines on assigned tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy across all work products
- Experience working in an outsourced services provider
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Multi-cultural awareness
- English language proficiency
- MS Office Application Suite (Excel, Access, word etc),
- Knowledge of SQL and VB/Oracle would be a plus
Work Experience:
1 years of professional experience in customer service and data tracking & analysis preferred.
