Job Description:

Staff Leadership and Management

– Ability to work in a team

– Responsible for self-learning and development with guidance from Supervisors

– Look forward to develop strong relationships with other working groups

– Ensure effective communication across the ICoE

Ad-hoc Meetings

Set up database for any new client in accounting ERP basis inputs provided involving the following:

Creation of Chart of accounts (COA)

Creation of Vendor and Customer Masters

Setting up of templates for invoice creation for customers

Setting up reporting templates

Ongoing accounting of transactions for:

Vendors

Reconciliations:

Prepare and review the Bank Reconciliation Statement & Balance Sheet Reconciliation Statements on a monthly basis

Withholding tax compliances

GST compliances

MIS & Reporting (Periodic & Annual):

Prepare a Standard Operating Procedure for every activity

Prepare and maintain a calendar for all deliverables for a client (including any statutory timelines)by collation of information about various due dates

Maintain a repository of all documents in an organized manner to be provided when requested

Coordinate / follow up with client service teams to share the data
